Grown in the volcanic highlands of Kintamani, Bali, this distinctive single origin coffee is cultivated by smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,200 and 1,600 meters. The rich volcanic loam soils and cool mountain climate contribute to its deep, complex character.

This lot features a blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness to ensure quality and consistency. It is processed using the traditional wet-hulled method and then carefully dried on raised beds, a technique that enhances its bold body and unique regional profile.

Roasted to a medium-dark level, Bali Blue delivers a rich, full-bodied cup with deep notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. The result is a smooth yet intense coffee with a lingering, slightly sweet finish and a distinctly Indonesian character.
