Sourced from the highlands of Medellín in Antioquia, Colombia, this exceptional coffee is grown by dedicated smallholder farmers at elevations between 1,300 and 1,500 meters. Cultivated in rich volcanic loam soils, the beans benefit from ideal growing conditions that enhance their complexity and depth.
This lot features a carefully selected mix of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties, offering a balanced and expressive cup. It is fully washed and gently dried in solar dryers to preserve quality and protect the coffee from unpredictable mountain rainfall.
Roasted to a medium profile, it delivers a smooth and well-rounded cup with vibrant notes of dried orange, ripe berry, and rich chocolate — a harmonious expression of Colombian terroir.
